Where do you ship to?

Currently we  ship  NZ & Australia wide. Please get in touch if you would like to request international shipping.

How often will I get this box?

Subscription Boxes are shipped out monthly  the week of the 15th.  One off boxes will be shipped within 3 working days.

How does payment work?

For the monthly subscription, payment will be deducted from your nominated card on the 5th of each month until you cancel your subscription. For both 3 month & 6 month subscriptions, payment will be made in advance at the time of purchase, and will auto renew at the end of the subscription term. There are no refunds for cancellation for the pre-paid options.

What's in the box?

Each month there will be a range of products including local NZ businesses. See our previous boxes for more info!

How does ordering work?

Cut off day for ordering the following month's box is the 5th of the month, the boxes are then shipped the week of the 15th.

How do I cancel?

Log into your account and cancel through there. Cancellation must be made before the 4th of the month. If you have any problems, please contact us at info@nzbabybox.co.nz
